Booking Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, by telephone or by email.

Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Choice Chiropractic.

Some appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking.

Deposits

Where a deposit is required, it will be deducted from the cost of your appointment.

Deposits may be non-refundable where appointments are cancelled without sufficient notice or where a patient fails to attend.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice wherever possible.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation charge.

Exceptional circumstances will always be considered at our discretion.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to see you.

However, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other patients.

Fees

Fees are displayed on our website and may change from time to time.

The fee applicable will normally be the fee shown at the time your appointment is booked.

Chiropractic and Ear Wax Removal Services

All treatments are provided following an appropriate assessment and only where clinically appropriate.

No treatment outcome can be guaranteed, as every individual responds differently.

Advice provided on this website is for general information only and should not replace an individual clinical assessment.

Children

Treatment of children and young people will only be provided where clinically appropriate and, where necessary, with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Ear wax removal services are generally intended for adults unless otherwise clinically appropriate.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact NHS 999 or attend your nearest Accident & Emergency department.
